由于2024年銀川中考暫未開始,小編整理了2023年銀川中考體育考試項(xiàng)目總分和評分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為參考,具體2024年銀川中考體育數(shù)據(jù)以官方發(fā)布為準(zhǔn)。2023年銀川中考體育考試項(xiàng)目總分為50分,體育考試項(xiàng)目有身高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體重、握力體重指數(shù)、一分鐘跳繩、男子1000米跑、女子800米跑。

一、銀川體育中考考試項(xiàng)目及分值

(一)身高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體重:5分。

(二)握力體重指數(shù):10分。

(三)一分鐘跳繩:15分(評分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)下調(diào)一檔,詳見附件1)。

(四)男子1000米跑、女子800米跑:20分(免試,成績以滿分計(jì)入總分)!

三、中考體育考試注意事項(xiàng)

1、中考體育考試前一天最好以平常飲食習(xí)慣正常飲食,避免油膩和重口味,適當(dāng)可以增加水果蔬菜等,進(jìn)行營養(yǎng)補(bǔ)充。

2、早晨飲食應(yīng)當(dāng)清淡簡單且有營養(yǎng),不宜吃太飽,按照正常早餐飲食習(xí)慣,適當(dāng)增加易消化的高熱量食物,如:蛋糕,易化餅干等。測試前特別是在耐力類項(xiàng)目和跳繩前30分鐘盡量不吃食物。

3、考試前不要大量飲水、碳酸飲料、運(yùn)動飲料等,有些學(xué)生會在中考體育考試前喝功能性運(yùn)動飲料或葡萄糖口服液補(bǔ)充體能或提神,可以根據(jù)自己體質(zhì)決定,對于不常喝運(yùn)動飲料的部分同學(xué)同樣身體會產(chǎn)生不適,在劇烈運(yùn)動時(shí)胃里中會返出難聞的氣體,導(dǎo)致惡心。
