圣誕節(jié)傳說-三個(gè)小故事
1、圣誕老人為奧丁神后裔。也傳說稱圣誕老人由圣?尼古拉而來，所以圣誕老人也稱St.Nicholas。據(jù)說他原是小亞細(xì)亞每拉城的主教，名叫圣尼古拉，死后被尊為圣徒，是一位身穿紅袍、頭戴紅帽的白胡子老頭。每年圣誕節(jié)他駕著鹿拉的雪橇從北方而來，由煙囪進(jìn)入各家，把圣誕禮物裝在襪子里掛在孩子們的床頭上或火爐前。所以，西方人過圣誕節(jié)時(shí)，父母把給孩子的圣誕禮物裝在襪子里，圣誕夜時(shí)掛在孩子們的床頭上。第二天，孩子們醒來后的第一件事就是在床頭上尋找圣誕老人送來的禮物。
2、傳說有個(gè)心地善良的沒落貴族，生活非常艱難。三個(gè)女兒快要出嫁了，他為沒有錢給她們買嫁妝而難過。喜慶的圣誕夜，三個(gè)姑娘早早地蜷在炕上睡覺了，剩下父親在長吁短嘆。圣誕老人決定幫助他們。他在他們家的煙囪里撒下了許多金子，落進(jìn)姑娘們烤在火爐旁的長統(tǒng)絲襪里。從此，他們過上了幸福而快樂的生活……圣誕節(jié)的襪子就這樣產(chǎn)生。
3、另一個(gè)傳說記載。據(jù)說有一位農(nóng)民在一個(gè)風(fēng)雪交加的圣誕夜里接待了一個(gè)饑寒交迫的小孩，讓他吃了一頓豐盛的圣誕晚餐，這個(gè)孩子告別時(shí)折了一根杉樹枝插在地上并祝福說：“年年此日，禮物滿枝，留此美麗的杉村，報(bào)答你的好意�！毙『⒆吆螅r(nóng)民發(fā)現(xiàn)那樹枝竟變成了一棵小樹，他才明白自己接待的原來是一位上帝的使者。這個(gè)故事就成為圣誕樹的來源。在西方，不論是否基督徒，過圣誕節(jié)時(shí)都要準(zhǔn)備一棵圣誕樹，以增加節(jié)日的歡樂氣氛。圣誕樹一般是用杉柏之類的常綠樹做成，象征生命長存。樹上裝飾著各種燈燭、彩花、玩具、星星，掛上各種圣誕禮物。圣誕之夜，人們圍著圣誕樹唱歌跳舞，盡情歡樂。

The three daughters were being married but he didn't have money to buy dower for his daughters. On the happy Chrismas Eve three girls went to bed early.
