請(qǐng)?jiān)试S我用一分鐘的時(shí)間做自我介紹。我叫韓梅梅，畢業(yè)于師范大學(xué)英語(yǔ)系專業(yè)，現(xiàn)在已過(guò)口語(yǔ)等級(jí)六級(jí)水平。
本人穩(wěn)重，工作踏實(shí)勤奮，具有較強(qiáng)的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神，好學(xué)，能吃苦耐勞，能夠服從上級(jí)的命令聽(tīng)從指揮。在校期間積極參加各項(xiàng)活動(dòng)，連續(xù)三年當(dāng)任學(xué)習(xí)委員，商務(wù)英語(yǔ)寫作能力強(qiáng)，有過(guò)短暫的英語(yǔ)教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
在課堂上，我鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生表達(dá)自己的意見(jiàn)和方法以其英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)方式，因?yàn)槲艺J(rèn)為學(xué)習(xí)是一種個(gè)性化的過(guò)程。每個(gè)人都應(yīng)該成為重要的思想家班上，我想成為一個(gè)好老師在其真正意義上的。我不是傳統(tǒng)的教師。我想在我的課堂英語(yǔ)教學(xué)改革。希望我能做點(diǎn)什么來(lái)改變現(xiàn)狀的英語(yǔ)教學(xué)。
